Draw a rectangle in a window. The values for BoxAttr are the same values
for drawing a line in a window (A_NORMAL, A_REVERSE, or A_XOR)
OR'd with one of the following values.

B_ROUNDED — Draw a rectangle with rounded corners. (Dialog boxes
