Inputs: mat_idx — EStackIndex of a matrix.

Outputs: Pushes the transposed matrix onto the expression stack.
Assumptions: None
Side Effects: May cause estack expansion, heap compression, or throw an error.
Availability: On AMS 1.05 and higher.
