2 In the To field, type a name or phone number. As you enter text, matching contacts appear. Tap
from the contact list. User can also initiate calls to contacts from the following actions:
If...
You want to call from the contact list,
You want to call a contact in your favorites,
You want to call a contact in your history list,
You want to make a call with the dialer,
3 Tap to initiate the call.
If...
You want to turn on the speakerphone,
You want to mute the call,
4 While in your call, tap
5 Dial the second person.
6 Tap to join the two calls together. The device screen states Conference Call and
everyone can talk and hear one another.
7 Tap to end the call.

Answering Calls with a Bluetooth Headset

When you receive a phone call, the Incoming Call screen opens, displaying the caller ID and any
additional information about the caller that is in the contact application.
NOTICE: To connect a Bluetooth headset to the LEX device, see
Devices on page
• When a call arrives, tap the Call button on the Bluetooth headset to answer the call.
• To silence the ringer before answering the call, press the volume down button on the side of device.
• To end the call press the Call button on the Bluetooth headset.
All incoming calls are recorded in the
notification.
