Selecting Input Languages

The Languages setting allows you to configure your device input language. The input language can be
the same as the device system language, or different.
Procedure:
1 From the Home screen, tap
Languages.
2 Select the input language by performing one of the following:

Setting Keyboard Preferences

You can set your keyboard preferences, such as auto-capitalization or vibrate on keypress.
Procedure:
1 From the Home screen, tap
Preferences.
2 If you want to the device to capitalize the first word of each sentence, adjust the Auto-
capitalization slidebar.
3 If you want to insert a period followed by a space by double-tapping on spacebar, adjust the
Double-space period slidebar.
4 If you want the device to vibrate when a key is pressed, adjust the Vibrate on keypress
slidebar.
5 If you want the device to make a sound when a key is pressed, adjust the Sound on keypress
slidebar.
6 If you want a duplicate of the pressed key to pop up, adjust the Popup on keypress slidebar.
7 If you want to enter a key by saying it, adjust the Voice input key slidebar.
