If...
If you need to make an emergency call on
a locked LEX device,
When IMS VoLTE Emergency call is active, the device is placed in Emergency CallBack mode
(no data can be transmitted for example, call waiting, call forwarding, text messaging) for two
minutes or until the following exit actions are taken:
LEX device power cycles.
User selects Exit callback from the device screen.
2 To clear emergency calls, press and hold down the power button until menu appears and tap
Clear Emergency to exit emergency.

Emergency Call for LMR Paired Devices

When Land Mobile Radio (LMR) is paired with a LEX device and the power button is pressed (on any
device where LMR is present), the LEX device reacts based on what LMR channel the user is on and
what Emergency Mode that channel is assigned. See
LMR on page 111
for details on emergency calling when paired with LMR radios.

emergency call in progress you

to display the dialer.
b Enter the preconfigured emergency
phone number.

to initiate the call.
