Chapter 3: Using the LEX Device
Description
Allows you to speak the name of the key to in-
put a key.
Allows you to select the theme: Material Light,
Material Dark, Holo White, or Holo Blue.
Allows you to select the input style: German
(QWERTY) or French (QWERTZ).
Allows the user to enter a word by sliding trough
the letters.
Allows you to see the suggested word while
gesturing.
Allows you to see the trail of your gestures.
Uses your personal dictionary when correcting
words.
Allows you to add additional dictionaries to cor-
rect words.
Blocks offensive words from being suggested to
correct words.
Sets the level of auto-correction to: Off, Mod-
est, Aggressive, or Very aggressive.
Displays a list of corrections so that you can se-
lect make a selection.
Allows the device to learn from your typed data
to improve suggestions.
Allows the device to use names from Contacts
for suggestions and corrections.
Anticipates the next word that you want to type
based on the last word typed.
Sets the delay of the popup which shows you
which letter you pressed when typing text.
Allows you to increase or decrease the duration
of vibration when a key is pressed.
Allows you to set the duration of the long press
popup.
Physical Alt key shows the emoji palette.
Displays application in the launcher.
