Adjusting Android Keyboard Settings

The Android on-screen keyboard is used to enter text in text fields.
Procedure:
1 Adjust the Android keyboard settings by performing one of the following: tapping
Language & input → Android Keyboard (AOSP).

while entering text in a text field,

2 If you want to switch the keyboard to use another language, tap Languages.
3 If you want to change default input preferences, tap Preferences.
4 If you want to set theme and custom input styles, tap Appearance & Layouts.
5 If you want to enter text by sliding your finger on the screen, tap Gesture Typing.
6 If you want to configure text correction, tap Text Correction.
7 If you want to view and modify advanced keyboard options, tap Advanced.
