6.11 Instrument Commands

6.11.1 FETCH and MEASURE Subsystem

Differences between FETCH and MEASURE are: FETCH reads existing measurements
value. Execution time is shorter because data is available immediately but the data may
not be the newest. Instrument will send computer the next sampling data after receiving
MEASURE command. There is time delay so 100ms between MEASure command and
query command is recommended. MEASure command is suitable for power supply output
status changed and wants to get updated measurement value.
