Assemble the base plate and base cover.
As illustrated in Figure 6-18: Attaching the Base Plate to the Wall, attach the base
plate and base cover assembly (wide end down) to the posts on the locally
provided and installed wall plate. Place locally provided screws in the nodes on
the base plate and secure the assembly to the wall.

If using a modular jack instead of a wall plate, put the modular jack inside the base
unit as shown in Figure 6-19: Wall Mounting using a Modular Jack. Use the locally
provided screws to attach the base unit directly to the wall.
