18. Pull the Lower Rubber Grommet out of the Left Frame Upright to
expose the wire connector.
19. Disconnect the Speed Sensor Cable from the wire harness, being
careful not to push wire harness connector back into the Left Frame
Upright.
20. Carefully move the Flywheel to the opening in the Flywheel Brackets,
and then remove the Flywheel from the Flywheel Bracket. Remove
the Thin Nut from the left end of the Axle and set it safely aside for
reassembly.
NOTICE: This step may require two people.
21. Carefully remove the Speed Sensor and Spacer from the Axle. Set
the old Speed Sensor safely aside.
NOTICE: This step may require two people.
22. Put the new Speed Sensor and Spacer in position on the Axle.
Reinstall the Thin Nut on the Axle.
NOTICE: This step may require two people. Do not crimp any
cables
23. Place the Flywheel near the Flywheel Brackets, and put the Drive
Belt in position on the Flywheel Pulley. Align the Flywheel Axle in the
Flywheel Brackets. Hand tighten the hardware from steps 13 and 14 on
each end of the Flywheel Axle.
NOTICE: Do not crimp any cables.
