6.
Install the new Emergency Brake Pad into the Brake Assembly. Be
sure to install the Emergency Brake Pad so that the thicker part of the
Emergency Brake Pad is toward the front of the bike.
NOTICE: Do not crimp the cable.
Note: To assist with getting the hardware started, insert the hex wrench
into the opening of the Emergency Brake Pad to keep it in place and
install the hardware from the other side.
7.
Reinstall the Fender.
NOTICE: Do not crimp the cable.
8.
Adjust the Resistance Knob as necessary.
9.
Final Inspection
Inspect your machine to ensure that all hardware is tight and components
are properly assembled.
Do not use until the machine has been fully assembled and
inspected for correct performance in accordance with the
Owner's Manual.
