1.
Unplug the AC Adapter from the wall outlet and machine.
2. Loosen and remove the Pedal. Set it safely aside for reassembly.
Note: The Left Pedal is reverse-threaded. Orientation is based
from a seated position on the bike. The Left Pedal has an "L",
the Right Pedal an "R".
3.
Using a fl athead screwdriver, remove the threaded Cap from the
Crank Arm.
