Method of
An error is determined with the high-voltage fan motor rotation speed detected by the Hall IC.
Malfunction
Detection
 The fan does not start in 15 ~ 60 seconds even when the fan motor is running.
Malfunction
 If the error repeats, the system is shut down.
Decision
 Reset condition: Continuous run for about 5 minutes without any other error

 Disconnection of fan motor
