Checking the Current Firmware Version

1. Press the button.
Menu
2. Press the d button until
.
Menu
3. Press again and note the firmware version displayed. When done,
Menu
press the l button.

Downloading the Firmware

1. Visit Epson's U.S. support website or Canadian support website and
select your product.
2. Click
Drivers and Downloads
3. Choose the firmware update version for Macintosh or Windows and
follow the instructions on the screen.
You may also need to download the latest version of the EPSON LFP
Remote Panel utility.

Updating the Firmware

1. Double-click the firmware file to extract it.
2. Click the
EPSON LFP Remote Panel
the LFP Remote Panel. Make sure your printer is selected.
3. Click the
Firmware Updater
4. Click one of the
Update
window.
5. Make sure your printer is turned on, its LCD displays
connected to your computer or network, then choose your printer.
6. Click and find the firmware file that you just downloaded and
Browse
extracted. Select the file and click
7. If the firmware version of the file is newer, click
firmware updating process. (If it is the same, you don't need to update.)
