Internet Protocol address
An identifier for a computer or device on a TCP/IP network. Networks use TCP/
IP to route messages based on the IP address of the destination. For customers
using Network Skill-Based Routing, site IP addresses must be unique and
correct. The format of an IP address is a 32-bit numeric address written as four
values separated by periods. Each value can be 0 to 255. For example,
1.160.10.240 can be an IP address.

LinkPlexer
A Windows 2003 Server application that enables multiple ICM clients to share
the same session and CS 2x00/DMS resources, by acting as a proxy server

workstations and personal computers and are confined to a single building or
group of buildings.
