84 Dialing Plan configuration

dials the SRG DN (42xx) to call the IP Phone, the call goes through.

Set the BUID to the same number that was assigned for the TN by the
main office.
Set the main office VoIP Trunk Access code to 0.
Do not assign a value to the main office trunk access code field.
