Configure the PPPoE tunneling protocol. The only available option in this
release is client mode (the default).

Action
To enter configuration mode, enter:
configure terminal
To specify the name of the PPPoE interface to configure, enter:
interface virtual-access <pppoe-interface>
To specify the IP address for this interface, enter:
{address <ip-address/mask> | negotiated }
Value
Specifies the IP address for the interface.
Specifies that the IP address for the interface is
obtained via PPP IPCP (IP Control Protocol) address
negotiation with the PPPoE server.
Action
To enter configuration mode, enter:
configure terminal
To specify the name of the PPPoE interface to configure, enter:
interface virtual-access <pppoe-interface>
To specify the IP address for this interface, enter:
protocol pppoe pppoe-mode [client]
