u Observe the country-specific regulations regarding environmental protection when
disposing of scrap materials.
u Collect and store all scrap materials separately in appropriate containers.
u Dispose all scrap materials only at official locations in an environment-friendly manner.
Information
Bleeding the cooling system is part of the scope of the manufacturer of the machinery and
depends on the cooling system design. The following procedure shall be adapted by the manu‐
facturer of the machinery according to its cooling system design.
Use only operating fluids that have been tested and approved by Kohler.
Proper operation of the engine requires a bubble-free cooling system.
Make sure that the following preconditions are met:
q Cooling system is filled and functional.
