FRONT CAB REMOVAL / INSTALLATION

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the front ROPS tube from the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the front headlamp wiring connectors and
remove the front bumper assembly.
3. Open the front storage rack.
4. Remove the plastic rivets
instrument cluster pod to the front cab.
5. Remove the instrument cluster pod from the front
cab. Disconnect the instrument cluster wiring harness
during removal.

6. Remove the plastic rivets attaching the front cab to
the main floor board and rocker panels.
7. Remove the front cab from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
1. Reinstall the front cab onto the vehicle.
2. Install the plastic rivets that attach the cab to the main
floor board and rocker panels.
3. Reconnect the instrument cluster wiring harness and
then install the instrument cluster pod with the screws
and plastic rivets. Torque screws to the specification.
TORQUE
Instrument Cluster Pod Screws:
8 ft-lbs (11 Nm)
4. Reinstall the front bumper assembly. Reconnect the
headlamp wiring connectors. Torque screws to
specification.
TORQUE
Front Bumper Screws:
8 ft-lbs (11 Nm)
5. Reinstall the front ROPS tube assembly. Torque
fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
ROPS Tube Fasteners:
30 ft-lbs (41 Nm)
