FRONT CAB

FRONT CAB REMOVAL

1. Remove the seat, side panels, and front rack /
storage box.
2. Remove the front mud guards.
3. Remove the (2) push rivets
fender flare to the front cab and the push rivet
retaining the footwell to the front cab. Repeat on other
side.

4. Remove the screw
cover to the front cab. Repeat on other side.
NOTICE
LH side shown.
5. Remove the gas cap and cover opening with tape to
prevent debris from entering the fuel tank.

6. Remove the (12) remaining fasteners retaining the
front cab and front cover.
7. Remove the diagnostic port cover
cab.
8. Remove the front cab and front cover.

FRONT CAB INSTALLATION

1. Place the front cab and align the mounting holes.
