Removing the steering arm

1. Remove:
• Circlip "1"
• Steering yoke "2"

a. Remove the steering yoke "2" by striking it
using a copper hammer.

Installing the steering arm

1. Install:
• Washer (to the steering arm)
• Bushing (to the steering arm)
• O-ring (to the steering arm)
• Bushing (to the steering arm)
• Steering arm
• Bushing (to the swivel bracket)
• O-ring (to the swivel bracket)
• Bushing (to the swivel bracket)
• Steering yoke
TIP:
Make sure that the steering yoke "1" is facing
the same direction as the steering arm "2"
(aligning "a" with "b").

2. Install:
• Circlip "1"
• Stud bolt
TIP:
Hold the steering arm, and then strike the
steering yoke using a copper hammer until the
groove "a" for installing the circlip is visible.
