Installing The Power Unit - Yamaha F30B 2018 Service Manual

r. Remove the apron "1".
s. Install the shackles "1" to the engine hang-
ers "2", and then install the lifting harness-
es to the shackles "1".
t. Suspend the power unit.
u. Remove the power unit mounting bolts "3",
and then remove the power unit.

Installing the power unit

1. Install:
• Power unit assembly
▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼
a. Clean the power unit mating surface, and
then install a new gasket "1".

b. Install the power unit with the power unit
mounting bolts "2".
c. Tighten the power unit mounting bolts "2"
to the specified torques in 2 stages and in
the order [1],[2], and so on.
