Output from inverter to master module

• Monitor function
The following items can be monitored by the master module:
(1)Output frequency ........ 0.01Hz/bit (Refer to pages 42, 53, 60)
(2)Output current ............. 0.01A/bit (Refer to pages 53, 60.)
(3)Output voltage............. 0.1V/bit (Refer to pages 53, 60.)
(4)Alarm definition ........... (Refer to pages 55, 64.)
(5)Inverter status
Inverter output signal can be monitored by the PNU. (Refer to pages 41, 50.)
