When alarms other than the above are displayed, refer to the inverter manual and remove the cause of the
alarm.
Alarm Definition
Check the LED states of the option unit (FR-E5NP) and remove
the cause of the alarm. (Refer to page 2 for the LED indication
status)
Check the Profibus master module.
Check the connection between the inverter and option unit (FR-
E5NP) for poor contact, etc. and remove the cause of the alarm.
