TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Gas supply to braising pan is OFF.
2. Manual gas shutoff valve is OFF.
3. Thermostat is not turned ON.
4. Pan is not in lowest position.
5. Problem with the burners.
1. Wrong size orifices.
2. Burner air not adjusted properly.
3. Wrong gas supply.
4. Incorrect pressure at supply.
1. Thermostat is not turned ON.
2. Blown fuse in main electrical panel.
3. Pan is not in lowest position.
4. Problem with the heating elements. Contact
