described in this manual.
This manual is not intended to be all encompassing. If you have
not attended a Vulcan Service School for this product, you should
read, in its entirety, the repair procedure you wish to perform to
determine if you have the necessary tools, instruments and skills
required to perform the procedure. Procedures for which you do
not have the necessary tools, instruments and skills should be
performed by a trained Vulcan Service Technician.

    ROUND TILTING BRAISING PANS - GENERAL GENERAL INTRODUCTION The Vulcan round tilting braising pan (skillet) is a versatile piece of cooking equipment. It can be used to stew, simmer, sear, pan fry, grill or saute food products under an evenly distributed heating surface. Once the product is fully cooked, the pan can be tilted using the handle to empty the product from the pan.

    ROUND TILTING BRAISING PANS - REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTS Disconnect heater lead wires and mark THERMOSTATS accordingly for proper replacement. (Electric Model) WARNING: DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICAL POWER TO THE MACHINE AT THE MAIN CIRCUIT BOX. PLACE A TAG ON THE CIRCUIT BOX INDICATING THE CIRCUIT IS BEING SERVICED.

Reverse procedure to install a new temperature WARNING: DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICAL controller and check for proper operation. POWER TO THE MACHINE AT THE MAIN CIRCUIT BOX.

Reverse procedure to install a new hi limit and WARNING: DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICAL check unit for proper operation. POWER TO THE MACHINE AT THE MAIN CIRCUIT BOX.
