    COOK AND HOLD OVEN SYSTEMS SERVICE PROCEDURES AND ADJUSTMENTS When troubleshooting, always reference the schematic Calibration Procedure and wiring diagrams to assist in isolating the problem. Check calibration as described in SERVICE PROCEDURES AND ADJUSTMENTS – ROASTING TEMPERATURE CHECK CALIBRATION OF THE ROASTING TEMPERATURE THERMOSTAT.
