To Answer a Call
STEP 1: Press the Headset key while the ringing tone
is on, and the Headset key lights red.
STEP 2: Press the flashing line key to start a conver-
sation with another line. Depending on the
setting at the installation stage, you can an-
swer the call by pressing
of line key.
STEP 3: Press Headset key to end the call, and the
Headset key turns off.
To switch to headset mode, press Headset key during a

TONE VOLUME
You can adjust the ringer tone volume for a headset in
idle/busy status.
To provide a ringer tone from the headset, the system

Ringer tone volume can be adjusted only for a wired

headset connected to the terminal headset connector.
Ringer tone volume in busy status cannot be changed
when the ringer tone is set to come from both the

speaker and the headset. For details, contact the sys-
