Display or set the delay between syncing the clock via NTP.

timeNtpRefreshTime numSeconds

With no arguments, this command displays the current NTP timeout settings. This is the amount
of time (in seconds) for the system to wait for a response from the NTP server. This setting can
be configured by using the same command with the new timeout value (in whole seconds) as the
only argument. The default settings is 2 seconds. The NTP timeout value is not used on linecards
or slave CMUs.
With no arguments this command displays the current NTP refresh time, which is the delay in
seconds between attempts to sync the clock via NTP. This value can be configured by using this
same command with the new refresh time (in whole seconds) as the only argument. The NTP
refresh time is not used on linecards or slave CMUs.
