NOTES: Entering this command with no parameters displays the current Node Description. The -d
option will display the unit's default value.
setIBNodeDesc
Changes the IB Node (SMA) Description.
Syntax:
setIBNodeDesc "New Node String"
Options:
None.
Sample Output:
-> setIBNodeDesc "Upper Hemisphere in Rack 1"
NOTES: New node name must be enclosed in quotes. Node name must be less than 128 characters.
fruInfo
Displays the EEProm contents.
Syntax:
fruInfo [slot|'-all']
Options:
[slot]
Slot that you wish to display EEProm contents. Defaults to 0 (chassis EEProm)
Sample Output:
