The terminal shield is allowed to be used as GND when the terminal voltages and the waveforms on the secondary side are checked.
(Don't use a heat dissipation board as GND.)
Check the failure on the POWER PCB
ASS'Y, then replace the parts.
(Especially, check D900, Q900, Q903,
Q904, Q905, and IC901.)
Note: These parts are not available.
Insert the connectors properly.
Replace the lead wire.

NO
Connect a 100 (1W) resistor between the pin No. 9 (STBY5) and the
pin No. 10 (AGND) of the RD connector on the PCB-POWER alone.
Then, short the pin No. 11 (STBY3.3) and the pin No. 5 (FAN ON) of
the RD connector. (Not that the connected resistor becomes hot.)

The terminal shield is allowed to be used as GND when the terminal voltages and the waveforms on the secondary side are checked.
(Don't use a heat dissipation board as GND.)
When measuring the voltage of the primary power source, use the (-) terminal of C904 for GND.
