14. Removal of the CW PCB ASS'Y,
CW unit and light pipe
1. Remove the top case unit following "1. Removal of the
top case unit and terminal cover ASS'Y."
2. Remove the MAIN PCB ASS'Y following "2. Removal
of the MAIN PCB ASS'Y."
3. Remove the duct fan following "3. Removal of the
exhaust duct ASS'Y."
4. Remove the main bottom shield following "4. Removal
of the cooling fan (lamp)."
5. Remove the optical unit following "6. Removal of the
optical unit."
6. Remove the DMD duct following "13. Removal of the
DMD PCB ASS'Y and DMD chip."
7. Remove the two screws (a) as shown in Fig. 2-13.
8. Disconnect the connector (YA) on the CW PCB ASS'Y
as shown in Fig. 2-13.
9. Remove the CW PCB ASS'Y as shown in Fig. 2-13.
10. Remove the two screws (b) as shown in Fig. 2-13.
11. Disconnect the connector (ZE) on the DMD PCB
ASS'Y as shown in Fig. 2-12.
12. Remove the CW unit as shown in Fig. 2-13.
13. Remove the two screws (c) as shown in Fig. 2-13.
14. Remove the frame cover as shown in Fig. 2-13.
15. Remove the three screws (d) as shown in Fig. 2-13.
16. Remove the light pipe as shown in Fig. 2-13.
15.Removal of the lamp ASS'Y
1. Remove the top case unit following "1. Removal of the
top case unit and terminal cover ASS'Y."
2. Remove the MAIN PCB ASS'Y following "2. Removal of
the MAIN PCB ASS'Y."
3. Remove the duct fan following "3. Removal of the
exhaust duct ASS'Y."
4. Remove the main bottom shield following "4. Removal
of the cooling fan (lamp)."
5. Remove the optical unit following "6. Removal of the
optical unit."
6. Loose the three screws (a) as shown in Fig. 2-14.
7. Remove the lamp ASS'Y as shown in Fig. 2-14.
