4. Removal of the cooling fan
(lamp)
1. Remove the top case unit following "1. Removal of the
top case unit and terminal cover ASS'Y."
2. Remove the MAIN PCB ASS'Y following "2. Removal
of the MAIN PCB ASS'Y."
3. Remove the five screws (a) as shown in Fig. 2-3.
4. Remove the main bottom shield as shown in Fig. 2-3.
5. Remove the two screws (b) as shown in Fig. 2-3.
6. Remove the fan cover and cooling fan (lamp) as
shown in Fig. 2-3.
5. Removal of the cooling fan
(DMD)
1. Remove the top case unit following "1. Removal of the
top case unit and terminal cover ASS'Y."
2. Remove the MAIN PCB ASS'Y following "2. Removal
of the MAIN PCB ASS'Y."
3. Remove the five screws (a) as shown in Fig. 2-3.
4. Remove the main bottom shield as shown in Fig. 2-3.
5. Remove the two screws (c) as shown in Fig. 2-3.
6. Remove the cooling fan (DMD) as shown in Fig. 2-3.
6. Removal of the optical unit
1. Remove the top case unit following "1. Removal of the
top case unit and terminal cover ASS'Y."
2. Remove the MAIN PCB ASS'Y following "2. Removal
of the MAIN PCB ASS'Y."
3. Remove the duct fan following "3. Removal of the
exhaust duct ASS'Y."
4. Remove the main bottom shield following "4. Removal
of the cooling fan (lamp)"
5. Remove the two screws (a) as shown in Fig. 2-4.
6. Remove the cosmetic cover as shown in Fig. 2-4.
7. Remove the two screws (b) as shown in Fig. 2-4.
8. Remove the lamp power connector as shown in Fig. 2-4.
9. Remove the five screws (c) as shown in Fig. 2-4.
10. Remove the optical unit as shown in Fig. 2-4.
