12. Removal of the lens unit
1. Remove the top case unit following "1. Removal of the
top case unit and terminal cover ASS'Y."
2. Remove the MAIN PCB ASS'Y following "2. Removal of
the MAIN PCB ASS'Y."
3. Remove the duct fan following "3. Removal of the
exhaust duct ASS'Y."
4. Remove the main bottom shield following "4. Removal
of the cooling fan (lamp)."
5. Remove the optical unit following "6. Removal of the
optical unit."
6. Remove the four screws (a) as shown in Fig. 2-11.
7. Remove the lens unit as shown in Fig. 2-11.
13. Removal of the DMD PCB ASS'Y
and DMD chip
1. Remove the top case unit following "1. Removal of the
top case unit and terminal cover ASS'Y."
2. Remove the MAIN PCB ASS'Y following "2. Removal of
the MAIN PCB ASS'Y."
3. Remove the duct fan following "3. Removal of the
exhaust duct ASS'Y."
4. Remove the main bottom shield following "4. Removal
of the cooling fan (lamp)."
5. Remove the optical unit following "6. Removal of the
optical unit."
6. Remove the three screws (a) as shown in Fig. 2-12.
7. Remove the DMD duct as shown in Fig. 2-12.
8. Remove the two screws (b) as shown in Fig. 2-12.
9. Remove the DMD radiator as shown in Fig. 2-12.
10. Disconnect the connector (ZA and ZE) on the DMD PCB
ASS'Y as shown in Fig. 2-12.
11. Remove the four screws (c) as shown in Fig. 2-12.
12. Remove the DMD radiator parts as shown in Fig. 2-12.
13. Remove the two screws (d) as shown in Fig. 2-12.
14. Remove the DMD PCB holder as shown in Fig. 2-12.
15. Remove the DMD PCB ASS'Y as shown in Fig. 2-12.
16. Remove the C spring ASS'Y as shown in Fig. 2-12.
17. Remove the DMD chip as shown in Fig. 2-12.
