2.R4 Mechanism employs PWM (Pulse Width Motor) as Capatan Motor Drive Signal in REC or PLAYBACK mode
To improve power consumption value, R4-Mechanism uses PWM signal as Capstan Motor drive signal instead of Linear driving
signal which is used in Z-Mechanism.
