• Remove the front panel and lower the
controls panel (see "Dismantling the ex-
ternal panels" on page 75).
• Disconnect the wiring of the ignition and
detection electrodes.
• Unscrew the connector "K" and remove
the pipe "L".
• Disconnect the fan connector "N" by pull-
ing it (Fig. 10.10 - Fig. 10.11).
• Disconnect the fan connector "O" by
pressing the plastic hook positioned at the
bottom part of the connector (Fig. 10.10 -
Fig. 10.11).

• Unscrew screws "M" and remove the fan
burner unit 39 (Fig. 10.10).
• Extract the burner casing by pulling it out-
wards.
• The silicon seal on the front wall of the
L
combustion chamber Fig. 10.12 must be
K
replaced if worn.

• The ignition/detection electrode "P" in Fig.
10.12 also functions as a sensor for the
correct drainage of the condensate.
Should the mentioned electrode come
into contact with the condensate water
present within the combustion chamber
it sends the boiler into safety lockout.
Therefore, should the insulation be wet or
deteriorated, provide for the substitution
of the same.
