Single Channel Display Screen

1. Pressing the Menu key from the Main Menu places the unit in a single channel display mode.
This mode is generally preferred when operating only a single channel of the ADTS.
2. Press the Mode key to then toggle between the Ps ONLY CHANNEL and the Qc ONLY
CHANNEL screens. The ADTS displays the measured pressure in double-sized numbers.
Below the pressure reading is the current unit of measure and mode (Gauge, Differential or
Absolute). The RUSKA 7750i is designed such that all of the commonly used functions are
accessible by a direct key on the key pad or from a top level function keys. Less commonly used
set-up type functions are accessible through the menu function keys.

Tutorial

To begin the tutorial, first verify that the ADTS is powered-up and that the pneumatic
connections have been completed. It is generally easier to first operate the system in the Single
Channel Display Screen as opposed to the Dual Screen. Press the Menu function key to go to the
Ps Channel screen. Press the Mode key to toggle between the Ps Channel and the Qc Channel
screens. Ps Channel is recognizable by the dark blue background color and Qc Channel has a
lighter background color. Select Ps Channel to proceed with the tutorial. The ADTS should
display a screen similar to the one shown above. (The right hand side of the display shows the
options). At power up, there may be errors relating to the default settings. If an error message is
displayed in red at the bottom of the screen, press [F6], then press PREVIOUS. If multiple errors
exist, the [F6] key must be pressed multiple times to clear all of the errors.
Figure 4-6 shows the Ps Channel Main Menu. The double sized numbers in the top center of the
display shows the current measured pressure (20.000 inHg Abs). The upper left corner shows the
current mode of the ADTS (MEASURE, CONTROL or VENT). The right side of the screen
shows a bar graph displaying the current pressure relative to a user-configurable full-scale value.
Below the pressure is the pressure control set point; below this is the difference between the set
point and the actual value. Below this is a numeric scratchpad for entering a new set point value.
The highlighted label on the right hand side of the screen displays the current assignments of the
function keys [F1] through [F6] that are located beside the display.
