Inspect, clean, replace if necessary

Change the oil and filter
Inspect; replace worn parts as necessary

Lubricate
Cycle key to pressurize fuel pump; check for leaks at fill cap, fuel
lines/rail and fuel pump.
Lubricate all fittings, pivots, cables, etc.
Inspect; clean external surfaces

Replace or rebuild (if applicable)
Inspect; clean screen

Lubricate
Inspect ducts for proper sealing / air leaks
