BRAKE SYSTEM
4. Compress the mounting bracket and make sure the
pin seal boot and pin bushing boot are fully seated.
5. Install the brake pads.
6. Clean impeded dirt from pads with CRC Brakleen™.
IMPORTANT
If pads are contaminated with oils or grease, they
MUST be replaced.

CALIPER INSTALLATION

1. Install caliper assembly over the brake disc and onto
the bearing carrier. Torque new mounting bolts to
specification.
IMPORTANT
New bolts have a pre-applied locking agent which is
destroyed upon removal. Always use new brake caliper
mounting bolts upon assembly.
TORQUE
Front Caliper Mounting Fasteners
45 ft-lbs (61 N·m)
Rear Caliper Mounting Fasteners
40 ft-lbs (54 N·m)
2. Install brake line with new seals and torque the banjo
bolt fitting to specification.
TORQUE
Brake Line Banjo Fasteners
15 ft-lbs (20 N·m)
