PVT DISASSEMBLY

Some fasteners and procedures will vary. Refer to the
appropriate parts manual for proper fastener placement.
NOTICE
Perform the following procedure with the suspension
loaded / vehicle on the ground.
1. Remove the following body components. See the
Body / Frame chapter for component removal.

• RH Upper Side Panel

• LH Upper Side Panel
2. Remove the fasteners securing the rear rack and
storage assembly to the chassis.

3. Remove the tail light bulbs, disconnect the tail light
harnesses from the rear cab, and remove the
fasteners securing the rear cab to the chassis.
4. Remove the outlet duct push rivet.
5. Loosen the clamp securing the outlet duct to the inner
PVT cover.
