About

The About option provides an overview of your device and its current settings and status.

Information Pages

Your printer has a set of information pages that you can print. These pages include configuration and
font information, demonstration pages, and more.
To print an information page, select an option, then touch Print.
The following Information Pages are available:
Name
Configuration Report
Billing Summary
Quick Use Guide
PCL Font List
PostScript Font List

User Guide
Use the Billing/Usage option to view the serial number and the total number of
impressions made by your device.
Use the Tools option to customize settings such as the power-save modes, date
and time, and control panel brightness. You can configure settings using the
device control panel, or by using the Embedded Web Server.
Note: For details on configuring the printer settings, see the System
Administrator Guide at
Use the Remote Services option to send fault and usage information to the
Xerox support team.
Note: Your System Administrator must enable this feature using the Embedded
Web Server.

Description
The Configuration Report provides printer information including installed
options, network settings, port setup, tray information, and more.
The Billing Summary Report provides information about the device and a
detailed listing of the billing meters and sheet counts.
The Quick Use Guide provides an overview of the key features of the printer.
The PCL Font List provides a printout of all PCL fonts that are available on the
printer.
The PostScript Font List provides a printout of all PostScript fonts that are
available on the printer.
