4. Touch Email.
5. Enter recipients:

If the entry screen is displayed, to enter a recipient, touch an option or touch X.

To select a contact or group from the Address Book, touch the Device Address Book icon.
Touch Favorites or Contacts, then select a recipient.

To enter the email address manually, into the Add Recipient field, type the address using the
touch screen keypad. Touch Enter.

To add additional recipients, touch Add Recipient, then repeat the procedure.
6. To enable additional original documents to be scanned using the document glass, or to change
settings for different sections of the job, touch Build Job.
7. If scanning from 2-sided original documents, touch 2-Sided Scanning, then select an option.
8. Adjust the email settings as needed:

To save the scanned document with a specific file name, touch the attachment field (paper clip
icon), then enter a new file name using the touch screen keypad. Touch Enter.

To save the scanned document with a specific file format, touch the current file format setting,
then select the format required.
To create a searchable file or to add password protection, select More from the file format
menu.

To change the subject, touch Subject, then enter a new subject using the touch screen keypad.
Touch Enter.

To change the email body message, touch Message, then enter a new message using the
touch screen keypad. Touch OK.

10. If Build Job is enabled, when prompted, do one of the following:

To complete the job and return to the Email app, touch Submit.

To scan another page, load a new original document, then touch Scan Next Segment.

To delete the scan and return to the Email app, touch X, then touch Delete All Segments.
11. To return to the Home screen, press the Home button.
