1. Check the floating supplies against FLTGND at testpoint TP9:
Supply Voltage Typical Measurement
-12 VFL
+ 10 VFL
+ 17 VFL
2. Check the ACV-OFFS voltage across the resistor R471: The voltage
should typically read 66 V.
