Self-tapping screw ST 4.8 x 9.5 is included in the
delivery.

1. Fit the mounting bracket for the door opening lim-
iter.
Note
Remove the original countersunk screw. For
assembly, use the oval head self-tapping screw
ST3.9 x 9.5-F-H supplied.
2. Insert the 3 supplied mushroom bumpers in the pel-
let flap.

4. Screw in locations studs

Location studs can be found in the casing panel
packaging.
3. Position the pellet flap on the boiler.
4. Pull out the hinge pins and engage them in the
holes.
5. Fit the door opening limiter rod to the pellet flap.
6. Hook the rod into the mounting bracket.
7. Close the pellet flap.
