Preparing for installation
!
Please note
The boiler can be damaged during transport with
a sack truck.
Only slide the sack truck under the boiler from
the right-hand side.
Secure the boiler to the sack truck with ties.
Pass ties underneath the vertical hanging
rails.
Transporting the boiler
Transport the boiler to the installation location in an
upright position and, if possible, on the pallet.
The boiler may also be transported using a sack
truck.
Siting
1. Release the ties and remove the wooden crate.
For this, undo the bottom 4 wood screws. Lift the
wooden crate from the boiler. If there is not enough
space, dismantle the wooden crate.
2. Undo 4 hexagon wood screws, lift the boiler from
the pallet and set it in place.
3. Level the boiler using the 6 adjustable feet.
First adjust the rear right adjustable foot to
approx. medium height. This foot will not be
accessible later on.
To adjust the rear middle foot, remove the ash
box (see page 39).
