FREEDOM LINE DESCRIPTION

The Freedom Line RFLTM, RFLNS and
RFMNS cases are designed to be ready for
remote installation of a top-mounted air-cooled
condensing unit, such as Hussmann's TCLSA
through TCMSD series of condensing units.
They are controlled by an electronic control.
The case temperature is controlled by cycling
the compressor based on the discharge air
temperature input.
The sensor for this input is located above
the discharge air honeycomb. A defrost
termination sensor is located on the bottom,
center evaporator coil return bends.
The controller is pre-programmed for low or
medium temperature operation and may be
adjusted to desired operating temperature by
the control keypad.
Cases running on individual condensing units
may be installed as stand-alone cases with ends,
or as a part of a lineup.
Excessive ambient conditions may cause
condensation and therefore sweating of
doors. Facility operators should monitor
doors and floor conditions to ensure safety
of persons.
