Disconnect input power before maintaining.
Visually inspect the torch body, washer,
diffuser, electrode, cutting nozzle, shield cup,
and standoff guide tip.
Replace all
broken parts

Visual check of

Weekly
Visually inspect the
cables and leads.
Replace as needed

Clean
exterior
of power supply
Maintain more often
if used under severe
conditions
Check the external air filter.
(Turn the equipment OFF.
Close the gas supply and bleed.)
Replace as needed.
