[2-97]: Auxiliary heater maximum allowable temperature
Auxiliary heater is allowed to energize when the outdoor air temperature is smaller than the auxiliary
heater maximum allowable temperature.

Auxiliary heater is not allowed to energize when the outdoor air temperature is recovered by differential
