0 = No Waveguide Switch
1 = One WG Switch for ONE-FOR-ONE redundant mode
2 = One WG Switch for ONE-PLUS-ONE redundant mode
3 = Two WG Switches for ONE-FOR-ONE plus a load switch
4 = Reserved
5 = VPC System
