Wavequide switch 1 port is typically used for 1:1 redundant
systems. It provides switch control to the waveguide switch as
well as summary fault interface between the two amplifiers and
allows for configuring the system address required for Ethernet
configuration of the system. This interface is also used to
control switch 1 in 1+1 switch around systems. The pin-outs for
the connector can be found in Table 9 (above) of this chapter.
